Bethel Presbyterian Church Expansion Rezoning

Cornelius's historic Bethel Presbyterian Church is getting a 6,500-square-foot addition, a new central gathering entrance, a future coffee shop, ADA parking, and a relocated playground — while preserving the 1896 sanctuary brick and most mature trees. Construction could start in February and wrap in early 2028.
