Sunrock gets to demolish its old concrete plant and build a new modern one about 200 feet away on the same 21.84-acre industrial parcel, plus a 960-square-foot office control room. The SUP passed 5-1 with the ten-year greenway easement condition; the site plan passed unanimously.
