Eagles Landing Park Operating Model

The new 56-acre park is on track for mid-summer 2027. Outdoor amenities will be free; the recreation center will use paid passes targeting 50–72% cost recovery, with first-year operating costs around $2.5 million. Council agreed with the framework and wants fees communicated early.
